While contemplating how to wrap up 2011, I decided that I couldn't think of a tastier way to welcome 2012 than to share the top five most visited recipes over the past year. Get ready to drool!
- Valentine Petits Fours - I am continually amazed by the amount of daily traffic this post gets, but the recent spike in visitors tells me that y'all have some delicious plans for Valentine's Day this year! Head over to view a step by step assembly how-to and snag some great recipes.
- Baked Potato Soup - Yum. Every time I make this I wonder why I don't make it more often. Grab the recipe here.
- Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes - I'm fairly certain that this is one of my most controversial posts due to the name of a popular mixed drink that I did not name. Call them whatever you please, they're delicious regardless.
- Fluffy Buttermilk Cornmeal Pancakes - These may not be a favorite of Zach's, but this is my go to recipe if I need to throw breakfast together for myself. As a girl from the South, I have a deep appreciation for a great cornmeal pancake.
- Creamy Tortellini Soup - Clearly our readers are staying warm this winter with some fantastic recipes. This soup is such a unique change to the average chili or stew and is an easy way to add excitement to your weekly menu.
Wow, what a roundup. Our readers clearly have some fantastic taste!
I'm also excited to announce a new feature to Full Circle Foodie: The Gabby Gourmand. That's right, the infamous kitchen monster is going to share her daily cuteness in a special Gabby-Only Project 365 as well as sharing her adventures with her new CatCam. Be sure to bookmark her page and check back often to get your daily dose of cute!
Thanks for another amazing year - this site would not be possible without the support of its phenomenal readers. May 2012 be full of great adventures and delicious meals. From our kitchen to yours, Happy New Year!
